Team Leader - Full Time

The Full Time Team Leader role is to ensure Chick-fil-A Cedar Hill operates efficiently. They work along side the Operations Director team in ensuring their focused team is properly stationed as well as managing systems implemented by leadership.

This position is high-intensity & fast-paced. You must be able to make decisions quickly and confidently. This person must be personable, engaging, and thought-provoking.

Starting Wage: $15/hour

Requirement: 1+ years of restaurant management

• Must be able to work 8+ hour shifts
• Must be able to work 40+ hours/week
