The Service Advisor is a liaison between the technicians team and our customers. The main mission of the Service Advisor is to assist customers in determining problems with their vehicles while providing accurate repair descriptions to technicians. In addition, is responsible of scheduling service appointments, and estimating repair costs and constantly update customers until repairs are completed.

What will you be doing at Tricolor?
Builds and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty.
Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires.
Consulting with mechanics on behalf of the customer about necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs
Contacting customers to update them on the status of their service, notifying them of any possible changes in their service and when their vehicle is ready to be picked up
This is the right opportunity for you, if you have
1+ years of customer service experience
1+ years in the automotive industry (preferred)
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Bilingual Spanish/ English required
A valid drivers license with a good driving record is required
