This individual must have design and development experience in system and software engineering. Demonstrated success in a team environment is critical as this individual would be working an an AGILE development environment with other engineers in cross functional teams. Hands-on experience with avionics and flight deck controls is preferred. Defense or Aerospace industry experience is preferred. Certification experience with avionics, specifically DO-178B/C and ARP4754A is also preferred.
