Our sales team is comprised of fun and enthusiastic individuals that work collaboratively to drive results. We are a rapidly growing company and we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sr Sales Executive to join our team.

As a Senior Sales Executive in our ScoreMaster® team, you will execute on a sales strategy that identifies and initiates communication with business prospects to create and grow our B2B partnerships.  In addition, you will establish and cultivate relationships with each partner to recognize, manage and promote revenue growth.

Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Perform market research and identify business opportunities from prospects in employee benefits sales vertical.
  • Identify product improvements and innovate on new sales process and products
  • Engages prospects by utilizing various communication channels to endorse ScoreMaster® product with the goal of creating new partnerships
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting, documenting, following up, negotiating, closing, and launching new partners
  • Maintains and builds overall partner relationship and identify opportunities for revenue growth, recommend profit and service improvement/solutions
  • Collaborates with Sales and Marketing team to provide thorough partner support

 Requirements & Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.  (Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred)
  • 3+ years prior sales experience in employee benefits or related field is required
  • Self-starter and goal oriented with strong work ethic and consistent follow-through on commitments, utilizing effective time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with internal and external customers.  Must have a passion for networking and relationship building
  • Flexibility in work schedule to respond to requests outside of normal business hours
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook)
  • Ability to accommodate light business travel
  • Must be able to work in-office. (Position not available remotely)
