Here's what you canexpect from being an RN

You will beresponsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process ofassessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation

You will direct andoversee all nursing care for the department-specific patient population inaccordance with the standards of nursing care and practice as defined by WesleyMedical Center and the Kansas Nurse Practice Act

You will collaboratewith other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patientcare delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes

You will support theorganization's vision and mission and utilize knowledge of patient's age andcultural diversity in the provision of patient care

You will contribute tothe provision of quality nursing care through performance improvementtechniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care

You willsystematically evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice byparticipation in quality of care activities to initiate, implement, and sustainprocess improvements
