Job Description

We are looking for an OUTSTANDING person for our Promotional Client Engagement Specialist to work in our offices located in Herriman. Our company has been in business for over 38 years and we work with customers all over the world. In this role, the right candidate will develop and maintain working relationships with our clients.

  • QUOTING - communicating with clients by telephone and email to provide accurate quotes using ASI, PPAI, or SAGE  and delivering project presentations on promotional products, including product availability, shipping charges, mold or die fees and/or artwork
  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT - supporting client projects from start to finish, working with our vendors to provide exceptional service to our clients, exceeding client expectations
  • ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT - developing client relationships and expanding existing accounts by looking for ways to add value beyond customer's immediate requests, searching for unidentified or longer-term needs and anticipating upcoming needs
  • OUTSIDE SALES SUPPORT - support outside sales team by providing timely quotes, receiving feedback on presentations and following up with sales team and client to ensure project completion
  • RECORD KEEPING - using company-wide systems to maintain accurate records of client quotes, orders and shipments
  • TEAM WORK - working with the warehouse team to ensure accurate receipt and shipment of client promotional items
  • DETAIL-ORIENTED - knowing the specifics of clients' projects, using checklists to ensure completion of each step before moving on to the next step


  • 3-5 years of working experience with inside sales support
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with ERPs (ie, NetSuite)
  • Beginning to intermediate proficiency using MS office suite: Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Able to communicate with co-workers, vendors and clients professionally, both in writing and verbally
  • Maintain high standards of personal integrity and work ethic, adhering to internal policies
  • Being a team player, willing to do what is needed when it is needed
  • Candidates must pass a background check 


  • Experience working with ASI, PPAI, or SAGE
  • Skills in PhotoShop, Illustrator, Design or other like programs a plus
  • Experience with NetSuite or other commercial ERP
