Salem Stones is a family-owned and operated company supplying high quality granite memorials to Funeral Homes, Cemeteries, and Monument Builders nationwide. This position will report to the Operations Manager and has the main job function of ensuring that all day-to-day production goals get accomplished and bottle necks are removed. The candidate will be responsible for following schedules, being a liaison between departments, and managing production employees. Some key qualities and experience in the following will be helpful, supervision, coaching, managing processes, process improvement, production planning, and strategy.
