Position Description \n

As a Production Associate on 1st and 2nd shift, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment, and performing the following activities: \n

  • Perform all manufacturing operations in a cleanroom or non-cleanroom environment such as assembly, inspection, and machine operations \n
  • Comply with Applied Medical Quality Systems (QS) including SOPs, MIs, QIs and TMs \n
  • Comply with safety and company policies \n
  • Comply with engineering drawings, shop order operations and sequence \n
  • Follow production schedules and meet production and quality goals \n
  • Perform manufacturing operations efficiently with or without tools and/or equipment \n
  • Perform detailed inspections with or without correction, tools and/or equipment \n
  • Perform cleaning and upkeep of the work area \n
  • Identify and elevate safety, quality, efficiency and/or team member issues to area leadership \n \n

    Position Requirements \n

    This position requires the following skills and attributes: \n

    • Ability to work on a 1st or 2nd shift (approximately a 4am or 1pm start time) \n
    • Flexible schedule as well as ability to work full-time and overtime \n
    • Understand working within a team \n
    • Work well with others \n
    • Strong hand-eye coordination \n
    • Extreme attention to detail, especially with small parts with or without correction \n
    • Ability to work with chemicals, such as isopropyl alcohol, and plastic or rubber products \n
    • Ability to wear personal protective equipment such as gowning, masks, gloves, etc. \n
    • Must be able to read, write and comprehend English \n \n
