The Manager of Camp Services is responsible for participating in the development of the long and short term strategy for the camp programs for the council and for implementing the annual tactical plans to ensure the success of the council's camp services. She/he will lead the design, development and delivery of council camp programs and the development of program and program resources that address the needs and interests of Girl Scout members and attract nonmembers to the organization in order to increase the recruitment and retention of girl and adult members to the movement. At all times she/he must portray a positive image that is representative of policies, procedures, and promotes customer service to internal/external stakeholders.
