Must be able to read and write complete maintenance forms and parts request.
Initiate and complete, repairs and necessary alignments to facility equipment with minimal assistance
Perform basic fault isolation and testing on associated electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic components under supervision.
Carry out routine preventive maintenance for assigned production machinery under supervision, as part of measures to prevent breakdowns and malfunctions, which could delay production activities
Prioritize daily work orders according to their level of importance
May be required to assist in the movement of materials and labor for projects.
Put machine parts together after accomplishing maintenance and repair work
Take off hardened material from machines or machine parts by utilizing power and hand tools jack and sledge hammer, abrasive and other appliances.
Examine or carry out tasks on broken machine parts and identify defective parts or give recommendations on repair requirements
Critical thinking ability to troubleshoot and detect malfunctioning
Good time management to work at a good pace, executing word orders and demands
Good human relations to relate cordially with team members and workers
Possess the discipline to execute tasks without procrastination
Enroll for continuous training and education on technical maintenance practices so as to be updated with the latest maintenance techniques and be able to keep equipment in the best possible conditions
