Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Installs RESIDENTIAL heating (furnaces & boilers),air conditioning & ventilation as well as accessories, in accordance with company requirements & manufacturer specifications.
  • Responsible for providing excellent customer service & sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Effectively communicates with customers regarding questions, concerns, &/or problems.
  • Responsible for delivery & removal of equipment needed to complete the installation
  • Ensures company property, vehicles, & tools are being properly used and maintained.
  • Completes all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough & timely manner.
  • Represents the company professionally, honestly & ethically in all business matters & concerns.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma with additional training in HVAC installation preferred.
  • Three years + experience as an HVAC LEAD INSTALLER (RESIDENTIAL) must be proficient at installing residential heating, air conditioning & ventilation!
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. A background check will be performed.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk and to climb ladders & attic stairs to maneuver in attics, basements & crawl spaces to access HVAC units.
  • Ability to lift all types of HVAC equipment with assistance of others & move equipment on hand trucks.
