Job Description


This Human Resources Business Parter (HRBP) will provide HR management for our Western Region. The HRBP will provide consultation and support of all Human Resorces initiatives to ultimately drive business success. This HRBP will be a champion of our culture, confident in their decision making, with energy & enthusiasm and a true passion for people.

This person will partner with leaders & managers to support organizational development & design, change management, best practices, succession planning, performance & compensation planning, and ensure consistent application of policies and practices.

A focus area for this HRBP will be in managing and resolving a range of employee issues, working alongside and coaching business leadership. This will include creation and implementation of performance plans, employee relations initiatives or investigations to ensure a positive and fair work environment, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations and ensuring risk mitigation.


  • Oversees internal HR communications with the goal of driving employee engagement.
  • Establishing & maintaining positive working relationships across multiple sites; building relationships to leverage core functional HR subject expertise to achieve the goals of the organization.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Basic knowledge of HRIS systems.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.

  • Minimum of 7+ years of Human Resources experience with at least 3 years in HRPB capacity.
  • BA/BS degree required, and MBA preferred.
  • SHRM certification preferred.
  • Experience in a complex and rapidly changing work environment; flexibility is a must.
  • Data analytics experience
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel skills
