This Human Resources Business Parter (HRBP) will provide HR management for our Western Region. The HRBP will provide consultation and support of all Human Resorces initiatives to ultimately drive business success. This HRBP will be a champion of our culture, confident in their decision making, with energy & enthusiasm and a true passion for people.
This person will partner with leaders & managers to support organizational development & design, change management, best practices, succession planning, performance & compensation planning, and ensure consistent application of policies and practices.
A focus area for this HRBP will be in managing and resolving a range of employee issues, working alongside and coaching business leadership. This will include creation and implementation of performance plans, employee relations initiatives or investigations to ensure a positive and fair work environment, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations and ensuring risk mitigation.
