The big task
Client Support Representatives (CSRs) are the front line of the company. They are the very first person a customer typically interacts with, so their role in setting the expectation of an amazing experience is crucial. A CSR's job is to book the call. This is done through outbound calling to existing customers and cold calling potential customers about services and products for their home comfort. Taking inbound calls and booking the appointment is also required. They report to the Call Center Manager and in addition to booking calls, they collect information and set an expectation for the rest of the customer experience. The position initially relies heavily on scripts but eventually leads to a mastery of communication techniques that help walk a customer through a conversation resulting in a booked service appointment.
Key sub tasks
You will need to learn the call script in order to sound professional and authentic when speaking with our clients.
Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
Maintain and update our client database with complete and accurate information.
Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager.
