Job Summary:

The Director of Sales will report to the Chief Strategy Officer and manage the Account Executive team. The Director of Account Executives is responsible for driving account growth while leading the sales team. Perform day-to-day management of Non-Delegated sales functions, identify market opportunities, challenges and risks and solutions for said aspects of the market. Responsible for establishing sales targets and expectations for teams and individuals, and managing sales to peak performance.

Responsibilities:

An overview of responsibilities includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Provide leadership and direction to high-performance sales team
  • Manage broker outreach and pipeline for Account Executive Team
  • Develop creative and innovative ways to improve team performance and further sales volume growth
  • Training and onboarding on Marksman Onboarding and approval on Comergence, Optimal Blue, etc.
  • Engage in activities to solicit and facilitate the approval and activation of new brokers
  • Client's go-to resource for guidance and solutions
  • Continue building and maintaining a strong pipeline
  • Point of contact for new RPA's

Qualifications:

  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree or, high school diploma with relevant experience
  • 5+ years Mortgage Sales experience preferred.  
  • 2+ years Wholesale lender experience preferred
  • Experience working in a paperless environment preferred.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Get it done' initiative and self motivation
