The Service Manager is a liaison between service technicians, service advisors and customers, is responsible for making a preliminary diagnose of the customers unit thats been brought to Service to determine the best course of action about repairs to be performed by the inhouse technicians team or a third-party shop (according to service shop process). In addition, is responsible for greeting clients, following up on customer requests, estimating repair costs and constantly update customers until repairs are completed.
