The Super Trainer at Tricolor Holdings will enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that will boost employees performance. You will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing, and delivering learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions related to the AutoMas software and the new Tricolor and Ganas Auto store model. You will develop technical training programs and help others develop skills that will make them better professionals. The goal of this role is to contribute to the development of peoples technical skills to meet organizational needs.
