The successful applicant will be performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties in a company. The applicant should be detail oriented professional and with proven clerical experience. Knowledge of automotive parts and the aftermarket industry.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Manage basic bookkeeping duties such posting parts, labor, sublets, opening and closing repair orders.
  • Data entry and periodically update company records.
  • Reconcile reports in order to track inventory and identify shortages.
  • Place orders, process invoices.
  • Scanning, mailing, filing as needed for the office operations.
  • Answer the telephone, distribute messages and redirect calls to the appropriate department.
  • Help with office organization processes and completes tasks as assigned by head of the department.
  • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the company's vision, mission and values in all interactions with customer, co-workers and suppliers
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
  • Knows and understands the Tricolor Auto Privacy and Information Security Policies, and adhere to the requirements

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ethical and Honest.
  • Organize and with a great attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work Saturdays and overtime as needed.
