Overview & Responsibilities
Feld Advertising is looking for an seasoned Account Director to run some of our foundational relationships, operating as an inspirational quarterback of our client services team.
The right candidate will be relentless in understanding our clients' business. They will be obsessed with details, with a constant handle on all elements in motion. Driven by an entrepreneurial attitude they will be autonomous and will have a natural aptitude in communication up, down and across the organization.
Maintain balance of entrepreneurialism and financial responsibility to create growth opportunities on our clients' and our business
Architect new opportunities by repeatedly proving out our competencies in the client's eyes
Manages resources, and forecasts future team needs in partnership with CFO, CCO and CEO
Provide inputs on strategy, absorb research results, business goals, and create a roadmaps for how the the produced creative outputs address these goals
Owns relationships with all internal specialists e.g. media, analytics, creative, production, etc.
Maintain frequent communication, up and down, to ensure clarity and integration
Coach and encourage account team to deliver best in their class creative work that works
Create an environment where everyone feels supported and empowered to succeed
Maintain focus on elevating our strategic and creative outputs, commiting to delivering work that exceeds client expectations
6 to 8+ years of experience in an integrated advertising agency
Experience in the financial sector, specifically home lending is a plus
Some management experience with a track record of developing staff and direct reports
Omnichannel experience with a strong background in TV/Video is preferred
Strong business writing and verbal communication skills
Very organized, exceptional attention to detail, and follow-through
Excellent time management skills, problem-solving and communication
Extreme personal organization and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (i.e. basic formulas, filtering)
Feld is an established yet growing advertising agency and we're looking for someone who finds that exciting. We will offer a competitive total compensation package to the right candidate, with an annual salary commensurate with skills and experience, starting at $150,000. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. West coast candidates working remotely will be considered.
